    I went in at 1130 in the morning to order lunch and did not even get a hello or acknowledged that I was there. Stood there for 15 minutes unnoticed. Very very unprofessional and very disrespectful. I got fed up and left angry. Thank you friendlys. Very angry with the horrible service.

    Went here while on vacation. Almost did not go there because of reviews. So glad we did! We were seated promptly, by friendly, pleasant staff, and had a wonderful waitress. (Forgot her name but she was from Woonsocket, RI - we are also from RI) Food was good, hot, and 1/2 off entire breakfast. If we lived closer we would be regular customers.

    The service absolutely sucked the food was okay but we waited an hour for an empty friendlys to apparently "restock" their food. Plan on being there all day. Good luck
