  The place was just what I was looking for, but the service was horrible. My waitress took ages to come over, took my order and disappeared. I assumed that I would get my drink relatively quickly, but I was wrong. It never came so I waved my hand at her. She came over and said " What was it you ordered again?". It frustrated me a bit, but I calmly told her. About 10 minutes after bringing my drink, she wandered over again and said " I'm so sorry. The kitchen had some problems. What did you order again?" I was in shock that this happened twice. I reordered the Shepard's Pie and it came out about 10 minutes later. The food was great, the beer was cold, but the service was not good at all. There are a lot of better places in Hyannis to spend your money, search around before going here.

  Not every BBC is as good as they are other restaurants this one located in downtown is really very comfortable and great service
