  To the people that have had negative experiences with our restaurant - I sincerely apologize that you did not have a better experience. Some changes have been made (staff, set-up, etc.) Thanks to the feedback that people have given us. I would ask that you come back and give us another chance to make your visit much more positive. You guys are our lifeblood and we certainly do not want you to leave dissatisfied! That being said, I live right down the street from here. I had been eating here long before I began working here. It's always been one of my favorite restaurants. I love the atmosphere, the employees (who are now co-workers), and the food is phenomenal. I might be a little biased as I work here, but again... It's been one of my favorite places since I was young.
  Please give us another chance to improve your visit and I assure you will not disappointed!
